Fill the 2027 calendar before the season starts.
A 90-day marketing sprint that gets your search, ads and follow-up running before pre-season, with every inquiry tracked to the ad, search or post that brought it. No setup fee. No 12-month contract until it’s working.
Most of next season is decided between now and March.
Guests choose a lodge, guide or trip months before they arrive. If your Google listing is thin, your ads start in May, and inquiries wait a day for a reply, the booking goes to whoever answered first. The sprint fixes those three things in the window when it counts.
Stop losing the leads you already get
Instant text and email reply to every inquiry, missed-call text-back, Google Business Profile rebuilt, call and form tracking live.
Turn on the demand
Google and Meta campaigns built around the trips and dates you most need to fill, plus local SEO and service pages for the searches guests actually make.
Tune it and prove it
Weekly adjustments, automated review requests, and a 90-day report showing inquiries, cost per lead and bookings against your baseline.
The 2027 Booking Sprint
Everything in our Expedition plan, time-boxed to 90 days with the setup fee removed. It’s the plan built for established outfitters, lodges and tour companies; the sprint is how you try it without a year-long commitment.
- Instant text and email reply to every inquiry, 24/7
- Missed-call text-back
- Google Business Profile management and review requests
- Local SEO and service pages
- Google and Meta ad management
- Call and form tracking to the ad that drove it
- Monthly lead report and a 90-day review call
- Add-on: RIVERRISE BOOKINGS for $99/month with no setup fee. Guests book and pay on your site with no platform or booking fees (standard card processing applies). Moving your current bookings over is included.
Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta from your own accounts and is not included in the monthly fee. You own everything: website, ad accounts, analytics and customer data stay in your name.
$1,500 setup fee waived for sprint clients
Add RIVERRISE BOOKINGS: $99/mo, no setup fee
At day 90, keep going on the 12-month Expedition plan at the same rate, or walk away. No penalty either way.
One operator, pre-season work starts by January. When the spots are gone, the next start is fall 2027.
More tracked inquiries in 90 days, or month four is free.
We set your baseline at kickoff: the inquiries you received in the 90 days before the sprint, from your inbox, call log and forms. If the sprint doesn’t beat that number with tracked inquiries, your first month on the Expedition plan is free. The baseline and the count are in your monthly report, so there’s nothing to argue about.
Three steps, no pitch deck.
Take the scorecard
Ten questions on visibility, follow-up and tracking. Your score shows on the page.
Free audit call
We review your site, Google listing, ads and follow-up, and show where bookings are slipping. Useful whether or not you sign.
Sprint kickoff
Baseline set, access collected, first fixes live in week one.
Before you book
Who is this for?
Lodges, guest ranches, outfitters, guide services, and tour or rental companies that book seasonally and want next season fuller than the last. If you’re a solo guide just getting started, our Base Camp plan is a better fit; ask on the audit call.
What do I need to provide?
Access to your website, Google Business Profile and ad accounts (you keep ownership), a few photos, and about an hour for the kickoff call. We handle the rest.
How much ad spend should I plan for?
We typically recommend $800–$2,000 a month across Google and Meta during pre-season. We’ll recommend a number on the audit call based on your trip prices and how many spots you need to fill.
What happens at day 90?
You get a 90-day report against your baseline and a review call. If it worked, you roll into the 12-month Expedition plan at the same monthly rate with the setup fee permanently waived. If it didn’t, you walk away, and if we missed the guarantee, month four is on us.
Why only 12 spots?
RIVERRISE is one team, not a call center. Twelve pre-season builds is what we can do well between November and February. Once they’re taken, the next sprint starts in fall 2027.
