These terms apply to your use of riverriseagency.com (the “Site”), which is operated by RIVERRISE, LLC (“RIVERRISE”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About this Site

The Site describes our marketing services and lets you contact us, request an audit and book a call. Information on the Site is general in nature. It is not a quote, a guarantee of results, or professional advice for your specific situation.

2. Services are governed by a separate agreement

Using the Site does not make you a client. Any services we provide are covered by a written agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement controls.

3. Audits, forms and bookings

When you submit a form or book a call, you agree to give accurate information and confirm you are authorized to share it. A free audit is a review of publicly available information and any access you choose to give us. It carries no obligation to buy.

4. SMS program terms

Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text messages. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provided.

Program. RIVERRISE Client Communications. RIVERRISE sends text messages to people who opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms or booking calendar. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Messages you may receive. Replies to your inquiry or audit request, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up about services you asked about, and account or project updates if you are a client. If you separately opted in to marketing texts, we may also send occasional information about our services.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your request and how we are working together.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will send no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, call 406.730.6690, or email Agency@RIVERRISEAgency.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Your number. If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from it or let us know so we stop texting it.

Privacy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

5. Email communications

If you give us your email address, we may email you about your request, appointments and services. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

6. Results and examples

Any results, statistics or examples on the Site describe specific past work. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not promise that you will achieve the same results.

7. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, design, text, graphics and logos belong to RIVERRISE, LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish or use the content commercially without our written permission. Client names and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, scraping content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as scheduling, analytics and review platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIVERRISE, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Gallatin County, Montana.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
